Our company was founded by Randall S. Stafford, MD, PhD, a renowned Professor of Medicine at Stanford University, and Hasib Rahman, a leader and strategist with 25 years of experience on Wall Street and at Fortune 500 companies. Visit the Our Co-founders section for their full bio.

They started with one simple goal: combine data and medical expertise to create affordable AI tools that provide life-saving solutions to the world’s underserved communities.

From Smart Health, we also expanded into Smart Engineering, led by Mostafa Al Mamun, PhD, renowned for his innovative designs in industrial drives at Toshiba Mitsubishi (TMEIC). Presently, we’re razor focused on developing practical AGI products that solve real-world health problems.
